It's All Perfect, And So Are You - December 19 - Jennifer Hoffman

We may not feel like everything in our life is perfect but we definitely know what's imperfect. We feel stuck, life isn't flowing, we don't have any money, our love life is nonexistent-that's what we call imperfect. But in the Universe there is no concept of imperfection and everything in our life is 'perfect' because we created it, we are perfect so everything we create must also be perfect. When we start judging what we create as good or bad, perfect or imperfect, we are in polarity and we invite opposing energies to create greater examples of perfect and imperfect for us.

Our definition of 'perfect' is something that is well, perfect. We use the world to describe our optimum life experience, when we're in the flow, happy, everything in our life makes us happy, we're stable and secure and we feel in control. The issue with perfection is that we have made it mean some ideal state but it really means something that ideally expresses a particular state. And in this way everything in our life is perfect because it is all a mirror of what we have created with our thoughts, beliefs and actions.

The flow of our life can never be at a higher energy or achieve a different outcome than what we intend and allow. So if we want joy, flow, abundance, love and success, we have to set an intention for those things, create and maintain the levels of vibration that will support and sustain them and see ourselves as moving from one level of perfection to another. What we have created is perfect and what we are creating in the next step is also perfect. When we can see our lives in perfection at all times and in all situations, we acknowledge our power, take responsibility for our reality and stay out of victimhood and fear, both of which prevent us from being aligned with a higher vibration.

How can we think that being unhappy, broke, unloved and feeling out of control are anywhere close to perfect? By acknowledging ourselves as creator of our reality. And who can make them different? We can immediately shift the energy in these situations by acknowledging our creation with the statement "I made that" and our power to shift the energy with the statement "I can now make something different". When we do this with everything in our life, we keep the energy moving which is a better use of our creative power than to wallow in self pity, moan and groan about how bad our life is and forget who created it and who has the power to change it.

This week's energy work. Make a list of everything you think is imperfect in your life. Don't be judgmental or critical, just write down everything you think is wrong with your life and how it is or isn't working. Then, when you have written it all down, next to each one write down how you can change it, starting each sentence with "It is perfect that I now am/have _________ and I now move it into a new state of perfection by ______." For example, if you wrote that you love life is imperfect, write down "The love life I now have is perfect and I can change it by being willing to give and receive love now." Do this exercise thoughtfully and take your time because as you claim perfection in your life, you also acknowledge your power to create something different.

Solstice, Christmas, New Moon

It hardly seems possible that just a few months ago we were talking about the Fall Equinox (spring for those in the southern hemisphere) and now we're at the Winter (or Summer) Solstice. We also finally ended Mercury retrograde (that was a relief) although its shadow period lasts until Dec. 31, and we celebrate Christmas this week and a powerful new moon. This has been the case the last few months, where everything happens at once as we prepare for our next big event, which is the beginning of 2012. To be honest, we're all so tired and a little overwhelmed by what we've been through in 2011 that we're not so sure about this journey into the new earth. Will it involve more of what we've experienced? Yes and no, but in a vastly different way.

No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, it's about sharing and caring, giving and receiving, opening our hearts and being part of a day on which the energy of peace and goodwill are celebrated by much of humanity. And this season has a secret agenda, which is to open people's hearts in preparation for 2012, something that is beginning as strangers reach out to those in need and fulfill their Christmas wishes in ways that are simple acts of giving from the heart.

The message of the Solstice is polarity and contrast, as we experience the shortest day of the year, to be followed by increasingly longer days until the Equinox in the spring. The new moon's message, right before Christmas is to let go of rigid attitudes and beliefs that limit our ability to create from our most powerful aspects and to be open to potential beyond what we can imagine. No matter what we think is possible, the Universe always has something more exciting, fulfilling, fun and wonderful up its sleeve. Are we open to receiving? If we want to enjoy the fullness and blessings of 2012, we need to be.

I hope that you have a wonderful and blessed Christmas this year and as you are celebrating with family or friends, be sure to give time, acknowledgement, love, space, forgiveness and blessings to yourselves. The rush of meeting our obligations and promises can overshadow the true meaning of this holiday period, which is re-birth, renewal and re-connection. We celebrate the birth of hope and peace for humanity, as well as the dawning of a brilliant star in the heavens, reminding us of the divine guidance and protection that is always ours. I am sending you my best wishes for love, joy, peace and abundance this holiday season and may your heart's desires be fulfilled.

Uriel's Message -- Take Inspired Action

Readings with Archangel Uriel offer healing, clarity, amazing insights and more. Click here for more details and to schedule a reading.

What inspires you? What moves you to take action, to focus your energy towards a specific goal? What are you so passionate about that you forget your doubts and fears and move forward with clarity of thought and purpose? Do you act only when you feel you must or are forced to and therefore react to situations? Or do you take action in order to avoid potentially difficult situations? Learning to take inspired action, to use divine timing, spiritual guidance and your own intuitive knowing will help you step into the flow of the Universe and draw you closer to your desired reality with effortless grace and ease, into a reality unfolding with peace, joy and abundance.

Inspired action is action that is taken with confidence and knowing that a particular step is the right one to take. Learning to use your guidance and intuition to decide when to take the next step and in which direction to go creates a balance between mind and spirit that utilizes the best of your learning and experience to create the possibility of a new reality.  How do you know when action is inspired? When you feel calm, at peace and are not afraid. This is when the results flow and you only have to think about what you want and the opportunities present themselves effortlessly.

Moving from the mind limits action to re-action because the mind responds from its past knowing and learning, so all it can create is a replay of past experiences.  Learning to recognize inspiration, where you act from the new information and knowing provided by spirit, requires that you trust in your own spiritual competence and are willing to try what is new and different, even if it is something that you have never done before. Have you asked for guidance and the answer is a step into the unknown? Trust that your guidance will always lead you to the path of highest and greatest fulfillment, and into effortless creation.

Effortlessness will be the new energy of life when you learn to take inspired action, because you act in partnership with spirit, in the direction and on the path that are perfect for you. This is life lived with divine influence, that you trust in the Universe to fulfill every need within each moment. You move from destiny to creation and act from the heart's desire for your highest good.  Now is the time to take inspired action in your life, to do what your heart tells you is right for you and to learn to accept that effortlessness is the way of the Universe. Choose an area of your life you want to change, ask for guidance and commit to accepting the challenge to trust and act from the point of this inspired guidance. Be still and know that you are loved and supported, be open to receiving the blessings of joy, peace and abundance and commit to your soul's desire for wholeness and that you know your divinity. Then be in spirit and be inspired.

Wild Crystal Women

(This is a reprint of one of one of my favorite and most popular Indigo/Crystal series articles-- I hope you enjoy it)

So many of you expressed gratitude for the Wild Indigo Women article because it helped you understand your life and why it was so difficult, as well as understand your energy, struggles, hopes, dreams and gifts. Knowing that your purpose was to create the chaos and drama that you did so you could bring the world to more compassion and acceptance helped take the edge of off the pain you have struggled with. I have had these conversations during sessions with Crystal women too, who do not understand why they suffered so much when they had so much love and compassion for others. They feel ignored and, since their work is done in quiet ways, unsuccessful.

But there is the wild woman energy in adult Crystals too and like the Indigos, you also came to introduce massive change and in the process, were martyred, rejected, betrayed and sometimes nearly destroyed emotionally. Adult Crystals, who are forty years old and older, came to bring the energies of compassion, joy and acceptance to a world that was fueled by discord, separation, judgment and pain. You came to heal these energies by being an example of them and holding that energetic space for others. And you suffered a great deal.

Many of you took on the task of healing challenging soul groups energies. Some of you did this within families and suffered many kinds of abuse, trauma, or you were the parent to your parents and siblings. Some did this on a global level by becoming modern day martyrs, who introduced new ideas about compassion and were killed by those who feared change and a loss of power. Others chose to embody tragedy, chronic illness, disease and other physical issues to help create awareness in the medical community that would lead to new discoveries for healing.

Whatever path you chose, the purpose was the healing of humanity through your light, which you unselfishly offered to a world that needed it but was not quite ready to accept it. And I also feel your sadness and pain because you truly want the world to heal. You have not failed in your work. The lesson you had to learn was one of accepting others' paths and their willingness to heal, or not. It is also time for you to re-ignite your spark, to share your gifts with others and to find that 'wild woman' within you who knows that it is through experiencing her own joy that she brings the most joy to others.
