Choices bring conflict, they release us from the status quo and force us to take a stand. When new energies enter our consciousness they bring a state of mis-alignment. We're no longer comfortable where we are, but we're even less comfortable with the new alternatives. If we haven't taken time to integrate the learning our experiences have for us, we are at the point of total paralysis and indecision. This is where we have to work with integration, allowing our learning to become part of our path.
Integration means choosing which aspects of our learning we will allow to become part of our new reality, beginning with how we now view ourselves and our life. This is where we must ask ourselves where the potential, possibility and power of the new energies is stronger than our fear of them. Without fear, we will allow them to become our new way of being. If not, we will stay where we are. This is the action part of the equation, do we take action and move into a new level of alignment through integration, or do we stay where we are? It is a choice that we must make.
Taking action is never a two-way street because once we choose to move forward, there is no going back. We are in a new energy zone now and will release our old energies and along with them, some associations they are connected to. But when we align and integrate, we lose the ability to connect with old energies and moreover, once we are in new energies the old ones lose their appeal forever. We can't forget the peace and joy that we feel when we are in higher energies and no longer resonate with our old ways. We're stuck again, in a way, because moving forward is the only way out. But this allows us to create a new purpose, to move out of healing cycles and karma and embrace a way of being that allows us to create our own heaven on earth. So when we choose a new purpose we also choose all of the changes that are part of it and then we're on a new path, at a new energetic vibration and living our new purpose of creating the life that brings us joy, peace, love and abundance, bringing us into alignment and integration with our mastery.

One of the things we discussed last month was something I had never really thought about (I love it when I get new information) and that is this - the earth cannot be at a higher vibration than that of the collective.
So the earth is not at a higher vibration than we are. Overall, it reflects an average of the collective energies and it resonates at a higher or lower vibration in various areas, depending on the energy of the population there and karmic and other energies the land carries. This is important to know for two reasons. First, the earth is not going to save us from ourselves or save itself to help us. It is our partner in the individual and collective ascension process and we work with the earth to ensure our collective well-being.
Second, each of us has a relationship with the earth which affects that of the collective, both individually and with the family of humanity. We have found, in our earth group calls, that we can raise the vibration of different areas and can feel our connection with the earth in our group meditations. Because there are so many of us with the same intention, our energies are exponentially multiplied and we can create an energetic resonance that supports the earth and provides it with alternative paths in its ascension process. We're aren't interfering with the earth's mission, just adding another dimension to it.
We must see ourselves as individuals and as a group, which, from a personal perspective, is the "me, I am and us," being aware that the power we have to change our lives is also extended to the world. Together we can work miracles in the process of transformation that is calling everyone to align, integrate, balance, release and live through higher energies. Fear is a luxury none of us can afford and there is no need to be in fear because we sustain and support each other. That doesn't mean we can let go and hope someone else will carry the ball. It means that we are equally yoked at this time and each of us must shine our light as brightly as possible because we're all in this journey together.

The physical presence you embody was planned according to your soul's healing path for this lifetime. Every detail, from the sub-atomic to the most specific details of your physical appearance represents your soul agreement for healing in this lifetime. Each step of your path was also planned, including knowledge of the many different potentials a lifetime, from the choice to embody no learning to achieving the highest levels of mastery and beyond, were also included in this plan. This is the you within, which becomes the reality you know as the 'you' in the material world.
In every moment you are accessing every detail of this life plan to create your reality. There are no possibilities that have not been planned for, there are no situations, relationships or encounters that do not have a specific connection to your soul's plan for healing, learning, transformation and ascension. The many different paths available to you all represent an aspect of living that you can embrace or reject and all are perfect.
What you know as your reality is a shifting paradigm, representing your choice of which of the 'you within' potentials you have selected. When fear is present in your emotional body, you choose those aspects which reflect and respond to your fear. When powerlessness is present, which is a result of your fears, you choose the aspects which do not empower your life and living. But when our divinity is chosen, the path becomes a limitless flow of abundance that resonates at the highest levels of your energetic being.
As you consider your next steps, remember that the answer lies in the 'you within'. Which of its aspects do you want to embody? There are many choices available and all are supported energetically. How powerful do you want to be? How much joy can you embody? Do you want to live 'in love'? Choose those things and the corresponding 'you without' will reflect those results. Be mindful that your outer reality cannot be greater than the 'you within' and all you need to create the powerful, joyful, abundant and fulfilling life you desire has been created within the potential embodied in your highest energetic vibrations. And all are available to you when you choose from within to create your life.
Your Love Connections
A friend of mine has been struggling with the realization that her grandmother, the person she loves most in the world and who has been her source of love and support in her life, is aging and will pass away in the near future. She is struggling with the devastating thought of losing this loving presence what she will do when her grandmother dies. I had this kind of relationship with my maternal grandmother and when she died I felt I had lost the only person in my family who understood and really loved me. It was very hard to lose her loving presence and I still miss her.
Some time ago I wrote about the 'earth angels' that Indigos can have in their lives, people who are supportive and loving, who see and accept them as they are. These are the people we turn to when we need help and support. They are often not our parents but can be grandparents, extended family members or cherished friends. We are close to them and feel very loved and supported because they are our link to unconditional love and through them, we can feel the energy of "Home".
Those of you who are very empathic, intuitive and energetically sensitive have a vague memory of being in unconditional love and its absence on the earth is one of your life challenges. The density of the energy here is hard to navigate without someone who can give you the connection to that loving energy, especially when you are very young. When you meet that person your connection is at this higher aspect of love and you create an instant bond with them.
This unconditional love connection was planned to be your love lifeline until you could find your own center but when you become too attached to it, you are afraid that once it's gone you won't have love in your life. Its purpose is to ground you in and remind you of the love you are from so you can create it in the world. Then you can create your own sphere of love and attract many loving people to you. Honor the people in your life who have been your loving support and unconditional love lifeline, then use the memory of that feeling to expand the love in your life and be a reminder of love for the world, because that is part of your purpose and your love memory and connection serves the world. Knowing this has helped my friend find peace and to be in gratitude to her grandmother for the love she embodied for her and the legacy of love she now has thanks to her grandmother.
