The Time Agenda - November 7, 2011 - Jennifer Hoffman

Greetings!

Every time we have a full moon cycle, there is a completion that is available. This week brings us to another full moon, so what is completing in your life? Remember that endings are necessary for beginnings. "What do I want to do/create/have/manifest today?" can be a powerful way to start each day. This month's message is about "Time, Timing and Timelessness", a fitting topic for this new energetic period in which we learn to move out of the energy through density model of creation and into the unfolding, limitlessness flow of timelessness.

Here's what is in this week's newsletter:
The end of this week is our 11-11-11 celebration, which we will mark with a special on-line teleseminar program that includes energetic healings, clearings, attunements and more. Registration will close on Nov, 10, 2011 at 11PM US CST. The event begins at 9:11AM US CST on 11-11-11 and ends at 11:30AM. Click here for more information.
The Maternal Emotional Energetic Imprint program is my most popular program and everyone who takes it has had awesome results. It is now available in a 3CD set which features the 90 minute teleclass and Meditation. Get your copy today by clicking this link.
The Enlightening Life radio show is now on Itunes.Click here to download the archives for the most recent shows.
Everything we want from time, are afraid of and find limiting can be found in our time agenda. Read about it in the first article.
What do we do when we don't get what we want from others? We can continue to ask or realize that we're asking for the wrong resource from the wrong person. This is the topic of the second article.
The Archangel Uriel message for this week asks whether others can take our power away from us (hint: they can't, but they can get it when we give it to them).
Do you celebrate your successes? You should because doing so provides closure and it also aligns you with the energies of whatever you just experienced. This is the Indigo/Crystal article this week. Visit the website to see a list of traits and decide whether you are Indigo or Crystal ... or both.

The Time Agenda

Read the November 2011 article here:

Our relationship with time is not linear although time is a linear function of the third dimension. The process of reconciling our relationship with time is an aspect of our mastery journey as we mature (and it's a process of 'growing up') into accepting and connecting with our power to see ourselves as being in control of time so that we work with it in ways that serve us. What we know as time is actually a process of fulfillment to create the best outcome at exactly the right moment. When we are spiritually mature we understand time as simply a function of how long it takes for our own energy to align with the energy of creation to manifest what we want. But we have an agenda and it is our time agenda that often gets in our way.

Our time agenda is related to the 'when' of manifestation, i.e. how long we think creation should take or when we want things to manifest but within our time agenda is an undercurrent of fear that corresponds to our desire for validation, closure, meeting our needs and, in some cases, rescuing us from the product of something we have created in the past. Within our time agenda is our fear of what might happen if something doesn't turn out or if we don't get satisfaction when we need and want it. The question is, can we release our agenda and the control we think it gives us and move into surrender, where we allow manifestation to occur, without needing to control every step of the process?

The Universe responds to our energy but it doesn't respond to our agenda because it recognizes that the agenda often contains everything that we most need to resolve and heal so it bypasses the agenda and, from our perspective 'makes us wait'. That is what it feels like, but it isn't what happens. What happens is that we want rescuing and the Universe, knowing that, is compelled to give us time to remember who is in control of our life, and it isn't the Universe. We are an integral part of the co-creation formula and when we forget it the Universe sends us a gentle reminder, usually in the form of what we call lessons in patience. How long does something take to complete? As long as is necessary for perfection, which may be a nanosecond or a century. But what's more important, getting it right for our soul's growth or getting it done at the right time?

Time is not our enemy although it can feel like that. Time is just one aspect of the third dimension, the movement of energy through density. Nothing takes any longer to manifest here, we just think it does because we're in time instead of being in creation. Using our energy focus on creation instead of wishing it didn't take so long is one way that we use time to its best advantage and actually shorten the manifestation process. The more we focus on time the more we create density and that only serves to slow manifestation. The more we are aware of our time agenda and use that awareness to heal and transform our fears the less we have to work with time and the faster we can create our heaven on earth.

Give Me Your Love & I Want it Now

Love, in the title of this article could be replaced with a number of words, such as validation, closure, recognition, thanks, gratitude, blessings-you can fill in the one that pertains to your situation. We want the person we have shared our time and energy with to acknowledge us for our efforts and to give us what we need to give ourselves closure. Yes, closure will help us move forward into a new life experience but while we know that is necessary, what we really want is to have the acknowledgement that justifies our sacrifice, pain and experience so we know it is valuable and was valued. But we usually ask that from people who can't give it to us.

As we wind down the year, and 2011 was a rather challenging year, as have been most of the years since 1994, many of us are going through a period of introspection and self examination. We're looking at how far we've come and considering where we go from here. Then we get stuck in the process because we think that in order to move forward we have to close all of the doors on the past. The question I often hear is 'how do I forget after I forgive'. What has happened to us is finished but its purpose and results remain with us, as reminders of our journey. Although we know it will always have a presence within us, we want the past to go away. As a substitute, we want the past to validate us. That probably won't happen either and unfortunately, the things we want most are those which we can't have.

First, we can't get validation from someone or something that doesn't value us because our external value equals our internal value. So if they don't have those gifts or talents in themselves, they cannot value them in you, no matter how much your sharing has helped them. Think of it as fixing gourmet meals for someone who is happy to eat fried bologna sandwiches for dinner. While they appreciate the meals, when you aren't around to cook for them, they are just as happy to eat fried bologna sandwiches. The healing you give to others is only as valuable as their ability to value it, no matter how wonderful, healing or valuable it is.

Second, what we insist on receiving from others speaks to our own need to value ourselves, to deal with our fears and to do our own healing. So, the door we are prying, blocking or forcing to stay open for someone represents what we need to heal in ourselves. Who doesn't or hasn't valued us in the past, what needs do we need to meet in ourselves and what are we looking for in our outer world that can be developed in our inner reality? Remember everyone is our mirror of our own healing. And when we can honestly look in the mirror and use it to fix our own projections, then we have learned the lessons and can easily, gently and lovingly close the door and allow new love, experiences and purpose to enter our life.

Uriel's Message -- Who Steals Your Power?

Readings with Archangel Uriel offer healing, clarity, amazing insights and more. Click here for more details and to schedule a reading.

The human state or condition has access to the same level of power that exists within the higher dimensions of being. The achievement of any level of spiritual growth is not an opportunity to take on additional power because everything in the Universe has equal power as it all emanates from the same source. What changes with the increase in vibration is the connection to source, which also allows for a greater understanding of the self as divine and the awareness of power. So while additional power cannot be granted to anyone, power cannot be taken away either.

Those who appear to steal your power are able to convince you to give it to them, and you do so willingly. You do this when you think someone is incapable of being powerful, that they cannot manage their life, that they have less ability or opportunity than you do or that they can live your life more fully and powerfully with your power than you can. These people receive the gift of your power, which you volunteer with a loving heart, which they then take as their own. Now they have the benefit of their own power (which they always had) and yours too.

It is not necessary to help others by giving power to them. While some may appear to be helpless and lack resources, this comes from the mis-use or under-utilization of their power. It is not possible for someone to be less than other but they can manifest less and live within the illusion that they are powerless. Everyone has power and is powerful. If they do not use their power wisely, fully or to benefit themselves, they are creating a lesson in the use and acknowledgement of power and of themselves as powerful in their lives. Helping others in a powerful way is done with the reminder that they are powerful and have all the power they need to change their life and you will help them remember that as you cheer them on-without giving away your own power.

Acknowledging someone's power is the greatest gift you can give them, as you know and see them as powerful and remind them of the full scope and presence of their Source connection and its unlimited power. Then you allow them to learn to use their power without doing the work for them. They will find the means to reconnect with their power and provide themselves with proof of their powerful inner resources that can be activated as they need them. And no one will seek another's power because they feel their resources are inadequate and everyone lives within the fullness of their power as they experience and express their abilities and gifts in ways that create abundant blessings in their life.

Celebrate Your Successes

When my Indigo son was in college he would put his good test results on the refrigerator, as we had done when he was a little boy. He wasn't joking, this was his way of celebrating his success and letting the world see that he was proud of his work. And every week he would take his best test result or the one he was most proud of, and put it on the refrigerator for all of us to admire and appreciate. I thought it was funny but I knew this was important to him. And he had a point, as it's important to celebrate our successes, something we rarely do.

We remember, recount and review our failures, so why not take a moment to celebrate our successes? There is a need for us, as Indigos and Crystals, to do this because when we celebrate what we have accomplished, we increase and build on that energy, instead of starting over again with each endeavor. Imagine going from success to success, instead of creating a success and then, the next day, starting all over again. Yet we do that and then wonder why we get discouraged and burned out.

Our memory for failure is long, while our memory for success is short, which is why we need to congratulate ourselves for a completed goal or milestone because unless we confirm it as significant and a successful step on our journey, all of our successes fall into the 'that's just one small step on a very long journey' syndrome. Indigos do tend to be pessimistic and focus on the big picture which also means they see everything as taking a long time and a lot of energy. But when we celebrate our successes we set acknowledge one completed step before we set the bar higher for the next one and give ourselves the gift of completion and closure on each step on our journey.

You don't have to post your successes on the refrigerator so you can look at them every day, but a success ritual or ceremony represents closure and completion. In addition to marking the end of a process, it also creates alignment with its energy. Moving quickly from one thing to another doesn't allow us to fully take in the energy of an experience but acknowledging a successful completion does. So celebrate your successes, without judging them as big or small, and pause to acknowledge yourself and the experience before you move on to the next one. You will find that the next step is easier to take on and intentionally focusing on the positive helps maintain that focus in the long term too.
